Gentle yet effective colon cleanse designed to promote improved health by detoxifying the body. The program combines Chinese and western herbs known to enhance the detoxification function of the colon, kidneys, and liver. Contains 3 herbal formulas (listed below)
Chinese Liver Balance: Atractylodes rhizome bupleurum root, cinnamon twig, dang gui root, flushen, ginger rhizome, licorice root, panax ginseng root, peony root, pinellia rhizome, scute root, zhishi fruit.
All Cell Detox: Black walnut, cascara sagrada, catnip, chickweed, cyani flower, dandelion, fenugreek, gentian, golden seal, irish moss, myrrh, Oregon grape, parthenium, safflowers, slippery elm, uva ursi, yellow dock.
LBS II: Barberry, buckthorn, capsicum, cascara sagrada, couch grass, ginger, licorice, red clover, turkey rhubarb.
Recommended Diet: Eat primarily raw fruits and vegetables, whole grains (in moderation) and legumes, nuts and seeds. Drink 2-3 8 oz glasses of water with 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice in between meals, plus plenty of water. If more protein is needed, eat wild fish (preferably salmon) once per day. (Quinoa is a great source of protein).
Eliminate all white sugar, white flour, fried, fast and processed foods, sodas, caffeine, meats, and dairy (organic kefir and plain yoghurt are OK).
